Jake Hess
Minister | Music and Media
Jake serves as the minister of music and media for The Hallows Church. He and his wife, Alexa, moved to Seattle from North Carolina to join the Hallows, but Jake grew up in the PNW and is excited to be doing ministry again on this side of the States. He is enthusiastic and driven when it comes to using his gifts and a pastoral heart to participate with God in the building His Church. He is passionate about the gospel and displaying the truth and beauty of God’s Word through story and song as well as encouraging others to walk in the grace of God throughout each moment of their lives. In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing (music and fiction), hiking, and trying out great places to eat in the city.
Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts in Worship Ministry from Warner Pacific College and a Master of Divinity from Western Seminary.
