Leadership

Andrew Arthur serves as the founding pastor of The Hallows Church. He married his wife, Kim, in 2005. They welcomed their first child into the world on November 14, 2010, a daughter who they named Delaney. Since before Andrew and Kim met, God had been shaping in them a desire to magnify the gospel and make disciples. Andrew was first drawn to the Pacific NW through his preaching, camp pastoring and missions experiences in the Pacific NW and Canada. Growing up in a non-Christian family with a mixed ethnic and religious heritage, Kim is naturally drawn to those who are diverse in background. In January of 2010, Andrew joined the staff at The Church at Brook Hills as a church planter in residence. He walked alongside the pastoral leadership of Brook Hills prayerfully preparing a transition to Seattle.  The Arthur family moved to Seattle in March of 2011 and soon after began the process of planting The Hallows Church.

Andrew earned a PhD and a Masters of Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Additionally, he earned a Masters of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School.
